The aim of this research is to determine the influence electrical energy market regulation reform in Ukraine on competitive environment, reproduction processes financial and innovative support, efficiency national economy. authors have put forward verified hypothesis that, under conditions institutional maturity Ukrainian market, its liberalization separation kinds activity related generation, transmission, distribution leads a decrease prices, level economic concentration stimulates implementation innovations formation reports sustainable development. Over thirteen-year time interval, steady trend decreasing intensity economy was established, appropriateness management based strategic targets substantiated. electricity model defined as hybrid one, with an emphasis trade bilateral agreements. It statistically found that contributed exception areas largest household non-household consumers. high asset accounts large enterprises revealed, conclusion concerning improvement environment production sector existence features natural monopolies transmission made. assessment ability profitability entities made, main investment sources their financing were characterized, emphasized. role standards audit integrated reporting holdings ensuring development determined.
